Inscription: Mrs A. F. Bingham-Powell bequeathed this house to the Forces Help Society in memory of her two sons killed in action in the 1939 - 1945 War, Captain John Bingham-Powell, RM, Lieutenant Patrick Bingham-Powell, RN.
